Is posting free?
Yes. Standard ads are free. You can pay to promote an ad so more people see it, but it's optional.
How long does my ad stay up?
Ads stay live for a set period (shown in your account) and you can renew them for free. We'll email you before an ad expires.
Why is my ad "in review"?
Some categories and some ads are checked by our team before going live. Most reviews are done within a few hours.
How do buyers contact me?
Through JordanDeals messages. You can also choose to show your phone number or a WhatsApp button on your ads.
How do I mark an item as sold?
Open My ads, find the ad and choose Mark as sold.
How do I delete my account?
Go to My account → Your data. You can also download a copy of your data there.
