JordanDeals ("we") provides an online platform where users post and browse classified ads. We are not a party to any transaction between users and do not own, inspect or guarantee any item, service, job or property advertised.

You must be at least 18 years old, give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.

You must own or be authorised to sell what you advertise, describe it honestly, use your own photos, post it in the right category and follow our Prohibited Items policy. You give us a licence to display, resize and promote your ad content on JordanDeals and in our marketing.

No fraud, spam, duplicate ads, misleading prices, harassment, or attempts to collect other users' personal data. No scraping or automated access without written permission.

We may review, edit the category of, refuse or remove any ad, and suspend accounts that break these terms, without prior notice.

Promotions and plans are described on the purchase page. Fees are in Jordanian Dinars. Promotions start when payment is confirmed. Refunds are handled under our refund terms and Jordanian consumer law.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users or from ads posted by users.

We may update these terms; we'll show the date of the latest change on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction.
